About Josephine Bunn

An Orlando, Florida native, Josephine Bunn loves people, exercise, and healthy, colorful whole foods.  She has worked for years, both part and full time, as a personal trainer, coach, group exercise instructor, and gym manager.  Based on life circumstances, Josephine had the opportunity to go back to college as an adult learner, earning a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources.  She has worked as a Human Resources Manager for a nutrition company and explored other career opportunities while always continuing her personal training as a side hustle.

Now, the current environment during the COVID-19 pandemic finds her fully embracing her true passion of helping others stay healthy, get motivated, and eat good foods.  She is creatively training and coaching clients using Zoom and other social media platforms and hosting outdoor training sessions for clients while practicing physical distancing.
